5.For tough times ,when all else fails: create a good list ; life is full of challenge and there are times when it’s difficult to keep our self confidence up.Sit down and make a list of all the things in your life that you are thankful for and another list of all the things you are proud of accomplishing.
Once you are done post them on your mirror ,or somewhere you can be reminded of what an amazing life you have and what an amazing person you really are.
6._ Music : This is said to be the best medication ,so listen to music that inspires you ,and make you happy as well.
